We are more than just a betting platform. semar500 is a community of Malaysian sports fans who believe every match, every set, and every round can be a more meaningful experience — with safety, transparency, and fun at our core.
Semar500 was born out of a very real need — Malaysian sports fans had no betting platform truly built for them. Most of what existed at the time was half-translated from other languages, supported payment methods irrelevant to local users, and felt foreign to navigate. We decided to change that.
The semar500 founding team is made up of individuals deeply rooted in Malaysia's technology and sports industries. People who know how passionate Malaysians are about EPL and Super League football, who understand the pride we feel when Zii Jia or the Aaron & Wooi Yik pair reach the BWF finals, and who share that same thrill of following the MLBB MPL Malaysia matches every week.
That understanding is what semar500 was built on — not from a boardroom overseas, but from lived experience as Malaysian users. We know local players want to deposit with Touch 'n Go or GrabPay without dealing with currency conversions. We know they want competitive Malaysia Super League football odds, not just EPL. And we know they want live betting with real-time score updates, not delayed feeds.
Semar500 is built on one simple principle — Malaysian players deserve a platform that truly understands Malaysians.
— The semar500 Founding TeamToday, semar500 has grown into a platform with over 500,000 registered members across Malaysia — from Perlis to Sabah. We're in the pocket of every player watching the Saturday night match, cheering through the Malaysia Open, and spinning slots after work to unwind. semar500 is there, every time, everywhere.
A group of Malaysian sports enthusiasts and tech engineers sat down together to discuss the shortcomings of existing betting platforms. semar500 was conceptualised.
The semar500 platform was built from the ground up with Malaysian users in mind — the language, payment methods, sports, and speed all tailored to local needs.
The official launch of semar500 was warmly welcomed by the Malaysian sports fan community. Thousands of members signed up in the very first week alone.
Semar500 is growing rapidly across all states in Malaysia. The platform features live streaming, e-sports, and a casino library of over 500 games.
Semar500 continuously improves its platform, expands its sports and game offerings, and delivers the best bonuses and promotions for all Malaysian members.

Every day, tens of thousands of Malaysian players log in to semar500 to follow their favourite matches. Some loyally watch every JDT game in the Super League, placing bets on every goal. Others never miss a Malaysia Open badminton match, using their deep knowledge of local players' playing styles to make informed betting decisions.
There is also a younger generation that follows MPL Malaysia every week — fans who know every player on Team HAQ and Geek Fam, along with their strategic styles. At semar500, that knowledge has real value. This isn't just luck — it's skill, analysis, and a genuine appreciation of the sport.
Beyond sports, semar500 also offers a full online casino experience — from Pragmatic Play slots with RTPs above 96%, to live baccarat tables with professional dealers you can watch and interact with in real time. All of this is accessible with deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or any Malaysian online banking method of your choice.
